Bluetooth Kept Disconnecting My Headphones Mid-Call
I was mid-sentence on a call when the audio just cut out — not gradually, not with any warning, just silence, followed a couple of seconds later by the little chime confirming my headphones had reconnected. An intermittent problem is often harder to diagnose specifically because it's intermittent — long stretches of normal behavior make it easy to convince yourself nothing's actually wrong, right up until it happens again. Testing on a different device turned out to be the single most useful step, since it immediately separated "the headphones" from "my laptop's connection to them" as two very different possible explanations that had looked identical from the outside.
